由於「財團法人台灣唱片出版事業基金會RIT(原IFPI)」對Now.in提出「侵犯著作權」與「疑獲取不法商業利益」等控訴，
本站為配合檢警調查，自2012年3月2日起停止服務，全案已經進入司法程序。
在過去幾天內我們收到了非常多Now.in用戶的關心與支持，
我們要在這邊向大家表達由衷的謝意，但因言論自由並非毫無限制，也在此提醒大家不要有涉及人身攻擊的言論。
